Christmas season can make us fat because of the big amounts of food we eat during Noche Buena. Then, we become fatter during Medya Noche which is 5 days later than Christmas Eve. But come to think of it, we have different kinds of fruits on our table during New Year’s Eve (yes, we have 12 round fruits for good luck). Why not eat those fruits and make it as a part of our diet.. right?
